Joint Ventures and Other Collaborative Arrangements

Today’s Health Care marketplace is fast-changing and requires providers to collaborate to protect and strengthen the business positioning and patient service capacity.  Our attorneys have worked with many health care providers, as well as nonprovider entities, in the structuring, development, and implementation of joint ventures in the health care arena.  We have been involved in the organization and development of a variety of health care facilities, including long-term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, and other entities, both in Connecticut and in other states.  In addition, we have been involved a variety of collaborative efforts between health care providers in a broad range of clinical and administrative activities.  Our attorneys have also advised a number of clients in the areas of physician-hospital joint ventures, health care facility ownership structuring, and syndication and contractual arrangements with national practice management service organizations.
